2. Products & Pricing

Deeprastore offers handcrafted ethnic wear including Ready-to-Wear Half Sarees, Custom-Made Half Sarees, Designer Dresses, and bespoke bridal couture. All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Made-to-Order & Custom Tailoring

For custom-made outfits and tailoring services:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements either through our online intake system, sizing guide, or customer support channel.
  • Once production or fabric cutting has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
  • Minor adjustments or alterations are supported per our boutique alteration service policy.

4. Order Placement & Payments

We accept secure online payments via authorized payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards). Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification. In the event of pricing errors or payment authorization failures, Deeprastore reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as product photography, brand imagery, graphics, logos, and descriptions, is the property of Deepra Designers Private Limited and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
