At DEEPRA Store, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


❌ NO GENERAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer a return or exchange policy for delivered products.

  • This applies to ready products, custom-made, and made-to-order items.

  • Customized Half Sarees and personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.


🚨 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM (ONLY EXCEPTION)

Returns or refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or

  • An incorrect product is delivered

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products or Reay wear Products 

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Perishable goods or personal care items (if applicable)


🔁 EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If a return is approved due to damage or wrong item, a replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL & EU ORDERS

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations for international orders, including European Union shipments.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, including EU orders.


💰 REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping, platform, and convenience charges are non-refundable.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary.

🎨 COLOR & HANDWORK DISCLAIMER

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, fabric texture, and handwork.

  • These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
