🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Deeprastore (Deepra Designers Private Limited)

At Deeprastore, we process and ship orders carefully. Please read this policy along with our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

📦 SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

  • Orders within India are usually delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on the product type and delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for customized or made-to-order products.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

🔒 Note: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as per our Return & Refund Policy.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IMPORTANT – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)

  • International orders are accepted only on customer request.

  • All international shipping charges must be fully borne by the customer.

  • Deeprastore will ship the order only up to the nearest available delivery partner / courier service point.

  • From that point onward, the customer is responsible for coordination, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery.

  • Deeprastore is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or non-delivery after handover to the courier partner.

🔒 No returns or refunds are applicable for international orders, including customs delays or delivery issues.

⏳ ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, festive periods, or high order volumes, processing may take longer.

🔍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates are subject to the courier partner’s system.

📍 DELIVERY GUIDELINES

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping address and contact details.

  • Deeprastore is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete details.

  • Re-delivery or re-shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.

⚠️ SHIPPING DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Customs clearance (international orders)

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen events

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.
